Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- diced celery - 1 c
- diced green peppers - 1 c
- can chopped sauerkraut - 1 oz
How to make sauerkraut salad:
Combine sugar, oil and vinegar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Combine vegetables; pour hot vinegar mixture over them. Refrigerate overnight. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
