  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar
  • stalks celery - 2 item
  • small jar pimentos - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • green pepper - 1 item
  • red pepper - 1 item
  • large can sauerkraut, drained - 1 item

How to make sauerkraut salad:

Dressing:1/2 c. vinegar1 c. sugar1/2 c. water Combine sauerkraut, red pepper, green pepper, pimentos, onion and celery.

Dressing: Bring ingredients to a boil, boiling 1 minute or more until it crystallizes. Let cool, then mix with sauerkraut mixture. Keep in refrigerator.
