- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- cumin seed - 1 Tbsp
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- bag sauerkraut, undrained - 1 (2
- dash ground clove - 1 item
- pork shoulder or spareribs - 1/2 1
How to make sauerkraut:
Combine all ingredients and cover with water. Bring to boil. Cover. Cook over low heat for 4 to 5 hours, adding water as needed.Recipe categories: Vegetables, German, European.
