  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • chow mein noodles - 3/4 c
  • can of vegetable soup - 1 item

How to make saucy beef casserole:

In a skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until meat is brown. Stir in the soups. Transfer to a greased 8 inch pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and bake for 5 minutes longer or until noodles are crisp.
