Ingredients/Components
- milk
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- shredded carrots - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 1/2
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- chicken broth - 2 cans
- ground beef - 1 lb
- dried parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- diced celery - 3/4 c
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- cubed cheese - 2 c
- diced peeled potatoes - 4 c
How to make cheeseburger soup:
In 3-quart saucepan, brown ground beef and onion; set aside. In same pan, saut carrots, celery, basil and parsley flakes in 1 tablespoon butter until veggies are tender (about 10 minutes).
