Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • bag tortilla chips - 1 item
  • salsa medium or hot - 1/2 c
  • round pumpernickel bread - 1 item

How to make salsa dip:

Heat oven to 350°. Cut hole in center of bread. Hole has to be big enough for ingredients. (Save bread pieces for dipping.)

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, salsa and Cheddar cheese together by hand. Will be lumpy. Put in center of bread.

Wrap bread in aluminum foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot with bread pieces and chips.
