Ingredients/Components
- salt
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- tomatoes - 6 c
- green peppers - 2 c
- onions - 1 c
- or 7 hot peppers, seeded - 6 item
- cider vinegar I use 1 1/2 c
How to make salsa:
Chop all ingredients; put in big saucepan. Bring to boil and turn down and simmer for 1 hour. Put in cans and seal.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sauces, Salsas.
