Salmon salad on the half shell
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- lemon juice
- dry mustard - 1/8 tsp
- sliced green onions - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- minced parsley
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- lettuce - 1 item
- sliced celery - 2 Tbsp
- large avocados - 3 item
- can salmon, chilled - 1 oz
How to make salmon salad on the half shell:
Halve, pit and peel avocados. Arrange on lettuce-lined plate. Drain salmon; separate into chunks. Toss salmon lightly with green onions and celery. Fill avocados with salmon mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid. Cover. Shake jar to mix. Drizzle over salmon mixture.Recipe categories: Salads, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
