Salmon salad on the half shell
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- lemon juice
- dry mustard - 1/8 tsp
- sliced green onion - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- minced parsley
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- lettuce - 1 item
- sliced celery - 2 Tbsp
- can salmon, chilled - 1 oz
- California avocados - 3 item
How to make salmon salad on the half shell:
Halve, pit and peel avocados. Arrange on lettuce-lined plates. Drain salmon; separate into chunks. Toss salmon lightly with green onion and celery. Fill avocados with salmon mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid; cover. Shake jar vigorously. Drizzle over salmon mixture.Recipe categories: Salads, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
