Salmon salad on the half shell
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- lemon juice
- dry mustard - 1/8 tsp
- sliced green onion - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- minced parsley
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- lettuce - 1 item
- sliced celery - 2 Tbsp
- avocados - 3 item
- can salmon, cold - 1 oz
How to make salmon salad on the half shell:
Halve, pit and peel the avocados. Arrange on lettuce lined plates. Drain salmon and separate into chunks. Toss salmon lightly with onion and celery. Fill avocados with mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in jar with tight lid. Cover and shake jar vigorously. Drizzle over salmon and avocados. Ready to serve.Recipe categories: Salads, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
