Ingredients/Components
- baking powder
- egg - 1 item
- can pink salmon - 1 item
- flour or cornmeal - 1/2 c
How to make salmon puffs:
Flake salmon; reserve juice. Mix egg with salmon. Then stir in flour or cornmeal. Add baking powder to 1/4 cup of salmon juice. Stir into salmon mixture. Spoon drops into hot oil. Fry until golden brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Salmon.
