Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- can salmon - 1 lb
- chopped parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- toasted and chopped in blender ends of bread crust - 5 item
How to make salmon patties:
Mix altogether; fry in 3 tablespoons of margarine in frying pan. Makes 6 to 9 patties.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
