Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
- parsley, snipped - 3 Tbsp
- can salmon - 1 oz
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make salmon party log:
Drain, debone and flake salmon. Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion powder, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Chill. Shape salmon mixture. Roll in nuts and parsley. Chill. Yield: 12 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
