Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- horseradish - 1 tsp
- onion, grated - 2 tsp
- parsley, snipped - 3 Tbsp
- can salmon - 1 oz
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make salmon ball:
Drain salmon and remove skin and bones. Flake salmon and combine with all ingredients except pecans and parsley. Chill several hours. Roll into ball. Roll in nuts and parsley. Serve surrounded by crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Salmon.
