Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • grated onion - 3 tsp
  • horseradish - 2 tsp
  • liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
  • can red salmon - 1 lb
  • dash of hot pepper - 1 item

How to make salmon mousse:

Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and flake. Set aside. Beat all other ingredients until smooth. Add salmon and refrigerate until set, approximately 1 hour. Serve with crackers. Freezes well.
