Salmon mousse
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- grated onion - 3 tsp
- horseradish - 2 tsp
- liquid smoke - 1/4 tsp
- can red salmon - 1 lb
- dash of hot pepper - 1 item
How to make salmon mousse:
Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and flake. Set aside. Beat all other ingredients until smooth. Add salmon and refrigerate until set, approximately 1 hour. Serve with crackers. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Spreads.
