Ingredients/Components

  • ketchup - 1/2 c
  • onion, finely chopped - 1 item
  • dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • low-fat mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • cans salmon, drained and flaked - 2 1/2
  • gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c - 1 Tbsp
  • pickled cucumber, diced - 1 item

How to make salmon mousse:

Mix gelatin in hot water until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 1-quart mold; chill until firm.
