Salmon mousse
Ingredients/Components
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- low-fat mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- cans salmon, drained and flaked - 2 1/2
- gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c - 1 Tbsp
- pickled cucumber, diced - 1 item
How to make salmon mousse:
Mix gelatin in hot water until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a 1-quart mold; chill until firm.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Spreads.
