Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- white vinegar - 2 c
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- hard-cooked eggs - 12 item
- mixed pickling spices - 1 tsp
How to make pickled eggs:
Simmer all ingredients (except eggs) in saucepan for 10 minutes. Put eggs in jar and cover with hot mixture. Refrigerate for several hours.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
