Salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make salmon loaf:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a loaf pan well. Mix all ingredients. Spoon into pan and smooth the top. Cover with buttered foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes to allow the top to brown. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
