Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can salmon - 1 lb
- pepper and salt - 1 item
How to make salmon loaf:
White Sauce:2 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. flour pepper and salt1 c. milk White Sauce: Melt butter. Blend with flour. Add milk; stir until thick. Pour slowly over beaten egg yolks.Add onion and parsley to salmon. Add white sauce and egg whites. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
