Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- egg whites, stiffly beaten - 2 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- beaten egg yolks - 2 item
- can salmon - 1 item
How to make salmon loaf:
Preheat oven to 350°. Soak bread crumbs in milk for 10 minutes. Blend salmon in the rest of the ingredients, except egg whites. Fold in salmon to egg whites. Put in greased loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
