Salmon and corn fritters
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour plain
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- large eggs, separated - 3 item
- large can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- large can salmon - 1 item
How to make salmon and corn fritters:
Mix all ingredients, except the 3 beaten eggs whites. Fold in the 3 beaten egg whites and spoon into pan by tablespoon that is greased and fry until golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Salmon.
