- flour - 1 item
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- hamburger - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- can water - 1 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
- can celery soup - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, soup and eggs as for meat loaf. Make into patties; dip in flour and brown on each side. Arrange in a greased baking dish. Mix celery soup, tomato soup and water.
