Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- ground beef
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix the first 3 ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Shape into patties and brown in frying pan with small amount of oil; drain off excess fat. Add 1 can of mushroom soup and 1 can of water; pour over meat patties. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
