  • pepper - 1/3 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • fresh bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • cream, evaporated milk or milk - 1/2 c

How to make salisbury steak:

Set oven on broil. Mix all ingredients and form into a large steak on broiler grill. Place grill 3 to 4 inches away from broiler unit. Broil 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
