Ingredients/Components
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- water - 1/3 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix 1/2 cup soup and all ingredients, except water and mushrooms. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 patties. Place in a shallow baking dish (9 x 13-inch). Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat.
