Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- ketchup - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- dried onion flakes - 1/2 tsp
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- quick oats, uncooked - 1/2 c
- soup can water - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom, celery or tomato soup - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine beef, egg, oats, ketchup, 2 tablespoons water, Worcestershire sauce, onion flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well and form into large, oval patties. Pat lightly in flour to cover.
