Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 item
- water - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
- quick oats, uncooked - 1/2 c
- dried onion - 1/2 tsp
- soup can water - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine first 8 ingredients. Form mixture into large plump patties. Brown in butter, in large frying pan. Pour off grease. Pour soup and water over patties and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
