Rum sauce
Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar
- rum - 2 Tbsp
- grated orange peel - 1 tsp
- egg yolk - 1 item
How to make rum sauce:
Beat butter in small bowl on medium speed until creamy. Beat in egg yolk. Add powdered sugar until fluffy. Add rum. Stir in orange peel. Beat until well blended. Cover and refrigerate. Yields 1 cup.Serve over bread pudding, cake or whatever sounds exciting to you.
