Ingredients/Components

  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • spaghetti noodles - 1 pkg
  • can diced Ro-Tel - 1 item
  • chicken breasts, cooked save broth - 4 item

How to make rotel chicken:

Boil chicken. Boil noodles in the reserved broth. Set aside. Mix Ro-Tel and the two soups. Layer noodles, chicken, soup mixture and slices of cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are gone. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Great to prepare night before.
