Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- chicken, boiled and deboned, reserve cooking liquid - 1 item
- rotini pasta or any kind you like - 16 oz
How to make rotel chicken:
Cook chicken and debone; set aside. Cook pasta in chicken liquid; drain. Saut?© onion and bell pepper in small amount of butter or oil. Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese to onions and bell pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and mix with chicken and pasta. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, until bubbly.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
