Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- toasted slivered almonds - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- diced cooked chicken - 2 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- onion juice or 2 Tbsp - 1 Tbsp
How to make hot chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips or bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Can omit the salt and onion juice/onions.
