  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 8 Tbsp
  • butter - 8 Tbsp
  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • bell peppers - 2 item
  • spaghetti - 12 oz
  • can sliced mushrooms - 18 oz
  • large onions - 2 item
  • cubed Velveeta cheese - 1 item
  • chicken, deboned - 5 lb
  • Cook spaghetti in leftover chicken stock; save 2 cups of stock for sauce

How to make chicken spaghetti:

Boil chicken until done. Cook spaghetti in leftover chicken stock; save 2 cups of stock for sauce. Chop onion and green pepper and cook in mushroom liquid.Sauce:2 c. broth8 Tbsp. flour8 Tbsp. butter2 c. milk cubed Velveeta cheese Stir Velveeta cheese into sauce until it melts. Combine all ingredients into a casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
