Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 5 item
- medium finely chopped onion - 1 item
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste - 1 item
- pinches rosemary - 2 item
- bouillon cube beef or chicken - 1 item
- stick butter or low-fat margarine - 1/2 item
How to make rosemary potatoes:
Clean potatoes and peel (or not, to choice). Cut potatoes into 1-inch slices and arrange in a casserole dish with one layer overlapping on the edge. In saucepan, melt butter and add all other ingredients. Spread over potatoes and bake, covered, at 350° until tender.
