Spaghetti sauce
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- water - 2 qt
- lean ground beef - 3 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- sticks celery - 2 item
- bottle ketchup - 1/2 (16
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- small cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste - 1 item
How to make spaghetti sauce:
Combine beef in 2 quarts of water, mixing beef until it comes apart. Add celery, pepper and onion, cut up fine. Cook together 45 minutes, covered (boiling). Remove top and add remaining ingredients and continue cooking uncovered until thick. (This will probably take four or five hours, depending upon heat setting.
