Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 3/4 Tbsp
- margarine - 3/4 c
- warm water - 1/2 c
- yeast - 3 pkg
- flour 1/2 at a time - 6 c
How to make rolls:
Sprinkle yeast in warm water. Melt margarine, then add milk and heat until lukewarm. Mix all ingredients, adding flour last (all-purpose). It makes a fairly stiff dough. Place on floured surface and knead, then put in an oiled bowl. Let rise 1 hour. Pinch off in balls or roll out and cut on lightly floured board. Put in a well-greased pan. Let rise 1 hour.
