- eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 1/4
- can cream corn - 1 1/4
- box Jiffy corn muffin bread mix - 1 item
How to make cream corn casserole:
Combine corn bread mix, cream corn, kernel corn, sour cream, eggs and melted margarine; mix well. Pour into 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake at 400° for 35-40 minutes. Serves 4-6.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
