Roasted sweet potatoes

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 item
• garlic powder - 1 item
• pepper - 1 item
• parsley - 1 item
• olive oil - 1 item
• sweet potatoes - 1 item

How to make roasted sweet potatoes:

Cut sweet potatoes into 1 1/2-inch squares. Drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle all other ingredients. Put in roasting pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes; turn. Bake 45 minutes more. Turn oven to 425° for last 10 minutes, until potatoes are nice and crisp.
