- pepperoni, chopped - 2 oz
- red pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- Monterey Jack cheese - 4 oz
- large fresh mushrooms - 12 item
- canned diced jalapeno peppers - 1 Tbsp
How to make mexican stuffed mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms. Remove stems. Chop pepperoni and red pepper. Grate cheese. Mix together. Fill mushrooms. Microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes on High. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Cheese.
