Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • 5 oz - 2 pkg
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • olive oil - 1 Tbsp
  • fresh raspberries - 1 c
  • bottled raspberry vinaigrette - 1/3 c
  • asparagus, cut diagonally in 1 1/2 inch pieces - 1 lb

How to make roasted asparagus:

Preheat oven to 425°. Toss asparagus with oil, salt and pepper. Spread on baking sheet, roast 8 - 10 minutes. Cool. Toss asparagus with baby salad, add vinaigrette - sprinkle with raspberries.
