Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- 5 oz - 2 pkg
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- fresh raspberries - 1 c
- bottled raspberry vinaigrette - 1/3 c
- asparagus, cut diagonally in 1 1/2 inch pieces - 1 lb
How to make roasted asparagus:
Preheat oven to 425°. Toss asparagus with oil, salt and pepper. Spread on baking sheet, roast 8 - 10 minutes. Cool. Toss asparagus with baby salad, add vinaigrette - sprinkle with raspberries.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegetables, Asparagus.
