- sliced onions - 1 item
- celery, cut in 2-inch pieces
- large turkey - 1 item
How to make roast turkey:
Wash turkey; remove giblets. Separate skin from breast and push slices of onion and pieces of celery into spaces. Fill all other cavities with celery and onion after rubbing with spices.Put in a 375° oven, breast down, and cook until nearly done (check package for minutes per pound), then turn breast up and bake until brown. Let sit 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
