- frankfurters - 24 item
- solid shortening - 1 tsp
- cans refrigerated crescent roll dough - 3 oz
How to make pigs in a blanket:
Preheat oven to 350°. Open cans of crescent roll dough. Cut through the indicated perforations to make eight dough triangles from each can. Place a frankfurter in the center of each dough triangle. Have children roll the dough around the frankfurter. The dough should be molded so that it completely surrounds the frankfurter.Grease a large cookie sheet with the solid shortening. Bake the Pigs In Blankets for 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
