Ingredients/Components
- oil - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- ginger
- honey - 1/3 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- garlic
How to make marinated flank steak:
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into oblong baking pan. Place flank steak into marinade, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
