Spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
- red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces - 1 pkg
- bacon strips, cooked and crumbled - 5 item
- hard-cooked eggs, sliced - 2 item
How to make spinach salad:
Combine first 10 ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly and shake until well mixed. Set aside.Place spinach in large bowl and just before serving, pour dressing over spinach and toss gently. Garnish with bacon and egg slices. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
