- carrots - 2 item
- potatoes - 5 item
- shoulder roast - 2 lb
How to make roast:
Wash roast. Salt and pepper. Batter in flour; put in roasting pan. Add water (almost to top of roast). Cover; cook in a 350° oven until tender, about 1 1/2 hours. Take from oven. Add potatoes, cut lengthwise. Add carrots. Cover; put back in oven and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Roast beef.
