- garlic powder - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- bell peppers - 2 item
- ground beef - 2 lb
- carrots - 4 item
- potatoes - 5 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- head cabbage - 1/2 item
- cans bean sprouts, drained - 2 item
- long green onions - 1 item
- egg roll wrappers thin ones - 1 item
How to make egg rolls:
Brown meat with 1/2 onion and the garlic powder; drain. Saute green onions separately. Julienne all vegetables and saute just until soft. Drain on paper towels (can steam vegetables to avoid fat). Mix all together. Put in wrappers and moisten edges tRecipe categories: Appetizers, Poultry, Meat.
