Rice salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- rice, cooked in chicken broth - 1 c
- each: chopped celery, chopped onions, chopped dill pickles and chopped olives - 1/4 c
How to make rice salad:
Cook the rice in chicken broth. Cool slightly. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into salad bowl. Chill and serve.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Chicken.
