Pea salad
Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- cheddar cheese - 1 item
- head lettuce - 1 item
- dash of sugar - 1 item
- boiled eggs, sliced - 3 item
- frozen small peas - 1 pkg
- cup celery, diced optional - 1 item
- small onion optional - 1 item
How to make pea salad:
Place bite size pieces of lettuce in bottom of flat baking dish. Sprinkle peas over lettuce. Sprinkle celery and onion over mixture. Crumble crisp cooked bacon over mixture. Add slices of boiled eggs. Mix 2 c. of mayonnaise (I use salad dressing) with a little sugar and spread over mixture. Spread cheddar cheese over top.
