Ingredients/Components
- toasted almonds - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1/2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1/2 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- cooked chicken, cubed - 3 c
- celery, chopped - 2 c
- potato chips, crushed - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- pimento, chopped - 1/2 c
How to make baked chicken salad:
Combine all ingredients (except cheese and potato chips). Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with cheese and potato chips. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
