Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- milk - 3 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- raisins - 1/3 c
- ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- uncooked rice - 1/3 c
How to make rice pudding:
In a saucepan, bring milk to a boil. Stir in rice and raisins. Cover; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes, or until most of the milk is absorbed. Stir in sugar and vanilla.
