Banana split cheesecake squares
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- mashed bananas - 1/2 c
- melted oleo - 1/3 c
- sugar, divided - 1 c
- strawberries, halved - 1 c
- pkg cream cheese, soft - 3 8
- egg substitute or 3 eggs - 3/4 c
- 8 oz pineapple chunks, drained - 1 item
- banana, sliced, dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning - 1 item
How to make banana split cheesecake squares:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar and melted oleo. Line bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan with foil for easy removal of squares. Press crust mixture on bottom of baking pan. Blend cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla in bowl with mixer at medium speed. Add eggs & mix will blended. Stir in mashed banana. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 30 mins. or until center is almost set. Remove from oven. Cool. Refrigerate 12 hours or overnight. Top with strawberries, sliced banana and pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts and drizzle with melted chocolate if desired. Cut into squares.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 60 mins.
